Director

After a successful legal career as senior partner of Bell Gully, David has held a number of regulatory and governance roles. David has been chair of the NZX Regulatory Governance Committee and the Markets Disciplinary Tribunal, and a member of the Takeovers Panel. He currently chairs the Suncorp NZ group of companies, and listed company AFT Pharmaceuticals. He has chaired and been a director of a number of other listed and privately held companies.

David is also a director of Project Janszoon.

David was excited to hear of the initiatives of the NEXT Foundation and keen to be involved – and is delighted to do what he can to assist in ensuring a predator free environment and restoring our natural native habitat.

David loves being involved with ZIP, who he believes are a great and committed team doing amazing things!
